What can i do to relieve my sinus pressures

Sinus pressure is built up due to the stuffing of non-drained fluid from  the sinus cavity through the nose. This result to build up pressures in the nose, stretching pressure in the eye and pains in the forehead. Some time it caused blurry vision and dizziness.
It stop this pressure, one need to get rid of this fluid from the sinus cavity. Then how do that?
You can do that by flushing your nasal cavity, you blow out your nose by closing one nostril an blowing the other, and doing the same for the other.
nasal congestion can cause pressure in the nose, sore nose and dry mouth.  You can use decongestant to clear nasal congestion, sometime the, mucus might dries up, making blowing out impossible if not painful to clear . This decongestant will first soften the dried mucus so that you can easily remove them. They ease the swellings in the nose and help ease stuffiness and sinus pressure. Example of decongestant are naphazoline, oxymetazoline , or phenylephrine.
other ways to reduces sinus pressure are to use humidifiers or vaporizers, take a shower or a breathe from a pot of warm water. Drink a lots of fluid, put a wet warm towel on your face.
avoid heavy work or working in the morning when the temperature is very cold or in the midday when the temperature is very hot, always avoid extreme temperature either hot or cold, low or high.
Eat spicy food; food like pepper, ginger, mustard, curry,  wasabi, garlic or onions, you should include it in your meals.
Drink a lots of fluid, this will make your sinus to remain moist throughout the day. Ensure tat you are not dehydrated, check your urine, if it is yellow it means you are deydrated,
